Oksana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She joined the dental field upon her marriage to Dr. Sergei Shirman while he was still a student doctor at Case School of Dental Medicine. Currently, she is responsible for ensuring that the Dental Wellness team consistently delivers the high standard of care they adhere to.

Oksana’s primary responsibility is business management, both behind the scenes and in assisting patients in achieving their goals. She also enjoys brightening patients’ days by presenting them with unexpected gifts.

When not at work, Oksana can be found hiking in the woods with her dog, Simba. She aspires to take her dream vacation, a cruise around the world. An interesting fact about Oksana that may not be widely known is her passion for belly dancing.
