How Does the Dental Wellness Club Work?
For one set fee that you pay once each year, your wellness plan includes the following:
- Two teeth cleanings
- Two routine examinations
- One emergency exam per year
- X-rays - including bitewings, periapical, and one panographic x-ray every five years
- Fluoride treatments
Dental Wellness Club members also enjoy additional savings of 15 percent off on specific restorative or cosmetic dental procedures during the year if they need them!
The Dental Wellness Club Plans
We offer three different plans:
- Child Wellness Plan $39 per month
- Adult Wellness Plan $47 per month
- Perio Wellness Plan 80 per month- This plan includes two extra periodontal maintenance cleanings per year
