This patient came to us with a failing upper smile consisting of missing and damaged teeth that made it hard to chew comfortably and smile without feeling self-conscious. Because several upper teeth couldn’t be saved, we recommended a fixed implant bridge to rebuild a strong, natural-looking smile.
Using CBCT 3D imaging, we mapped bone levels and planned ideal implant placement for long-term stability. We then captured digital impressions (no messy trays) and designed the new teeth with CAD/CAM technology for a precise fit and lifelike aesthetics. The result is a secure, fixed smile that looks natural and functions like real teeth.
